Delivery Specialist
Delivery Specialist’s primary role is to make last-mile deliveries of products to customers using our refrigerated trucks and to provide customers with the best level of service as a representative of the company. Commercial drivers with delivery experience and valid Class A, B, or C licenses should apply. Please include DMV Vehicle Report with your application.
Order Selector
Order Selectors are responsible for managing and filling customer orders. The tasks are completed in a refrigerated environment. Electric pallet jacks and scanning units are provided to ensure that the order selection process is efficient. This is a high-paced warehouse job that requires physical ability, attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for service & quality.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative’s role is to ensure that customer orders are taken efficiently and accurately by phone, email, or fax. This person maintains a high level of professionalism while communicating with customers and team members. The position requires a basic level of computer proficiency and the ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while delivering excellent customer service. Spanish bilingual is a plus.
